Batman Begins Blu-ray
Batman begins blu-ray wont play?
I have just bought Batman begins on Blu ray & it wont play on my computer. (HP HDX9310). My other Blu ray films seem to work fine. Any ideas?
In HP quickplay (you have to use this on the computer to play blu ray disks) it plays the Warner brothers bit with the tinkly music, gets to 11 seconds, comes up with what looks like a disk loading icon for a couple of seconds, then quickplay seems to crash & i have to go into task manager to shut it down.
Is this a computer problem or a disk problem?
Blu-ray is different from DVD as the disks have interactive menu’s that have to load and they need the correct java script to be enabled in the player.
try a different media player (look on www.versiontracker.com) or get the latest update from HP for their quickplay program.
finally just to see its not the disk try it in a another player stand alone blu-ray not a computer) that has the latest firmware installed
