Batman Beyond Shirt

There was this animated tv show in the late 90′s that no one else has heard of?
All I remember was that there was this young male who looked something like the main character from batman beyond, and he was running from the government because he saw an alien crash or something. He ran away from this military base on a greyish blue motorcycle that could hover over land and water when the wheels turned on their sides and glowed like in back to the future 2. he turned it on by placing his hand on a panel that glowed. he eventually got to this old farm house where an old man with a goatee, long white hair, a red plaid shirt, blue jeans and a hat sat on a porch. the farmer told him to eat aloe from a plant leaf. it was heavily implied that the main character and the farmer were part alien or had such ancestry because only an alien could turn the motorcycle on.
silverarrow got it! Im gonna watch this on youtube all night! (aeon flux? lol! what a piece of shitty animation)
pretty good memory for seeing it once 14 years ago right?
I’m almost positive the show you are looking for is “Invasion America”. It aired in 1998 on kids WB.
