Batman Comic Books For Sale
When will the rebooted DC titles go on sale?
Ok, I realize I probably worded that wrong, but let me explain. I am a complete comic book noob, I rarely read comics. But, when I heard the DC universe was getting rebooted, I figured now would be the perfect time to jump in and start reading. So here are a few questions I have,
1) When will the comics actually go on sale? I know DC is starting over with issue 1 for every comic they have, but when do they go on sale? I know it’s sometime after Flashpoint, but could you be a bit more specific?
2) What is the scheduale for releasing new issues? Like, is 1 issue released every month? Is it a weekly basis? What?
3) How much would the average comic cost?
Again, I’m a complete (for lack of a better word) noob, so don’t get mad if these questions are stupid. Also, if it helps, the exact comics I’m looking for are Batman, and Superman. Maybe Green Lantern and Justice League, but I’m not sure yet.
1) Flashpoint #5, the final part of the series will come out on the final wednesday of august, along with Justice League #1. The next wednesday, september 7th is when all the rest of the books will start coming out,
2) and new number ones will be coming out every wednesday of september. There will be a total of 52 rebooted titles.
3) all the new number ones will be $3.99, the sequential issues after those should be $2.99
(exp. Batman #1: $3.99, Batman #2: $2.99)
4) as there are multipe titles of batman, superman, green lantern, and justice league (an example being, Batman, Batman and Robin, Batman Incorporated, Batwoman, Detective comics, ect), itd probably be best to look up on the DC website, and check the month of september to see the exact wednesdays the books your most intrested in will be coming out, or you could check out ifanboy.com, which also has a difinitive list of all 52 DC title reboots.
