BATMAN was framed by RAS ALGHUL, can anyone tell me when did this story happen??? (COMIC NR. AND DATE)?

it is a story i had probably in the 70′s or early 80s when i was a teen but that comic book was lost, i am looking forward to buy it again but honestly i dont know the story title, nor do i know the comics issue number and the publishing date. So can anyone please help me?? (tried wiki and other places but could not find any leads), the storyline is about batman being accused of murder and police chasing him and it was his enemy Ras Alghul who was the perpetrator of the whole thing

The story was published in the mid 70′s. Ghul framed Batman with a computerized pistol that could fire itself. The pistol went off in Batman’s hand and shot Ghul’s daughter Talia “dead”. Batman was blamed for Ghul’s “suicide” with a similar weapon, but when Batman dug up his grave he learned the coffin was set up on a swivel plot with an identical coffin underneath. One coffin was empty while the other contained a lifelike dummy of Ghul to discredit Batman’s claim of innocence. Batman was eventually exonerated with the help of The Creeper, AKA TV news reporter Jack Ryder. Talia revealed to the Batman that she and her father had framed him so he would join Ghul’s League Of Assassins. Commissioner Gordon dropped the murder charges after Batman tricked him into shooting the computerized gun, proving that the weapon itself was the culprit.
