Batman Heart Of Hush
Batman: R.I.P. or Batman: Heart of Hush first?
I recently acquired both books and I’m wondering which one to read first, since Heart of Hush goes with RIP. Is it a tie-in or does it come after RIP?
This hasn’t been that easy to keep up with, whether you were reading individual comics or getting the graphic novel compilations. Hopefully you already own the first four books in the list below.

Batman: Hush.
Batman & Son.
Batman: The Resurrection of Ra’s Al Ghul.
Batman: The Black Glove.
Batman: Heart of Hush.
Batman RIP.
Hush is only required for Heart of Hush, but if you don’t read all that other stuff before RIP, you’ll be completely lost.
There’s also stuff that comes AFTER rip…. “Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader,” “Battle for the Cowl” “Batman & Robin.” & tie-ins like “Red Robin.” You can skip ALL of that if you want to avoid the whole escapade of Dick Grayson as the new Batman. I guess Trinity is supposed to somehow tie in to the very end of RIP, but it just left me more confused….
