Batman The Animated Series Soundtrack
anyone else prefer the darker tone of the earlier batman tas series?
I was watching Batman The Animated Series today specifically the first episode and season and wow i forgot just how dark the animation was and how it was pretty much similar to the 1989 Batman film. Even as the animation got better i actually liked the darker drawings it made it better in my view. Episodes like on leather wings and Chrsitmas with the Joker had a movie soundtrack and dark acting mixed with humor i liked that. Anyone else feel the same?
Oh sure. You’re definitely not the only one. The fanbase of TAS is probably why the producers of the Batman: Arkham Asylum and City games used such a dark tone and even the same voice actors from TAS. Man, playing the first game was great with those voice actors!
