Batman Wiki Scarecrow

Do you think that this talented actor did a wrong thing when he chosen to portray this character ?
I’m used to be a fan of this talented actor named cillian murphy after i saw his cool performance of scarecrow and doctor crane on the movie batman begins but then when i heard the news that he stared in a movie about some transgendered people. It gave me a shock to see a cool actor star in a movie that could be so weird, i know he is an actor and he is acting but does he ever think of the outcome of what people will think of him ?? I mean he did a cool job with scarecrow on the batman series movie and then he jumps into this movie called breakfast on pluto. It looks like he lost his mind, do you really think he lost his mind when he chosen this movie to act in ?? Does he ever think of the outcome ? I have nothing against transgendered and gays and i am not gay myself i am straight but it’s shocking the see a straight actor to play as a drag person.

I wouldn’t feel comfortable (at this point in my life) with playing a transgendered/gay character. But it really is the mark of a great actor to play a role that is almost completely opposite his personality; then be able to return back to his old self after filming is over. Gay people play straight people all the time in theater, but that doesn’t mean they’re straight. Straight people can play gay people, but that doesn’t mean they’re gay. So I don’t really see the problem…
As to the appropriateness of Breakfast on Pluto, I’ve never heard of it, didn’t really care to check your link, and don’t care. I have no interest in it and it’s none of my business as to what roles other people choose to accept. Good day. =)
